CANCELLATION POLICY


For excursions:

  • Obycat Black Hole
  • Ferry to Lobos without authorization
  • Wolves and the Caleta Fuste Ferry
  • Lobos and Ferry from the south zone
  • Wolves and Ferry from Corralejo
  • Mini cruise Lobos ferry underwater vision


Ticket conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the day of the ticket: Only management fees will be charged.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the day of the ticket (2 days before): 75% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations on the same day of the ticket: 100% of the total will be charged.

- If you change the date of your ticket, you have one year from the date of your reservation to travel (you must contact us by email to reconfirm your seats on the day you wish to travel).

In the event that weather conditions prevent us from making the trip, you will be entitled to a refund of the reservation amount, but not to any claim for this fact.

We always heed any warnings issued by maritime authorities. Cloudy or rainy weather conditions are not considered adverse weather conditions.


For other excursions:


1. Free cancellation if you cancel within 24 hours of the day of the contracted activity. (Full refund)

2. In the event of non-appearance at the specified point and time by the User for the performance of the service, the User will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts previously paid for the contracted service.

3. Excursion to Fuerteventura it is essential to carry a valid ID or passport, otherwise the excursion cannot be carried out.


Cancellations by Lanzaroteguides: The company reserves the right to cancel for reasons of force majeure such as weather warnings, lack of participants in the excursion, errors or any other cause. In this case, Lanzaroteguides will notify its clients and will immediately refund the amount paid if applicable.


  • To avoid crowds in certain Centres and for the safety of customers, the time chosen by the customer may be modified. The customer will be informed of this change with sufficient notice and if he/she is not satisfied, he/she may proceed to cancel and refund, if applicable; in no case will he/she be served at the time chosen.



HOW DO I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?


Cancellation must be made using the Manage your Booking button that appears in the first email sent. If you have any problems cancelling your booking, please contact us at lanzaroteguides@gmail.com. Please note that it may take up to one business day for the money to be refunded to your card after cancellation.

CAR RENTAL - RENT A CAR

Reservation confirmations are immediate. If the selected model is not available, a similar or superior model will be delivered.

  • SEA EXCURSIONS

  • All sea excursions are subject to weather conditions.


  • If you have to cancel an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, you can choose between changing your excursion to another day when there are available places or requesting a 100% refund of what you previously paid.


  • Whale watching: A minimum of 4 people are required to take part in the excursion. If the excursion cannot be carried out due to a lack of participants, 100% of the payment made will be refunded.



  • EXCURSIONS FROM FUERTEVENTURA TO LANZAROTE

  • It is essential to bring a valid ID card or passport. If you do not have it with you when boarding the ferry, you will not be able to continue the excursion and you will have to pay for your own return to your accommodation. You will also not receive any refund of the amount paid for the excursion.

  • LOST AND FOUND POLICY

  • Lanzaroteguides SL is not responsible for any items lost during the excursion.

  • However, as an act of good faith, once the excursion is over, the guide must check the bus with the driver to see if any objects have been lost.


  • If any lost object is found, it will be deposited that same day at the Lanzaroteguides office for subsequent collection by the owner at said facilities.
